Tour Overview

Discover one of the New Seven Wonders of the World with this Machu Picchu Day Tour from Cusco, designed for travelers with limited time who still want the full Inca experience. This bimodal service  (train and bus) gives you a smooth and scenic route to Machu Picchu while enjoying expert guidance and hassle-free transport from door to door.

We begin the day around 6:00 AM, with hotel pickup in Cusco and transfer to either San Pedro Station or Wanchaq Station, depending on train availability. If departing from Wanchaq, you'll travel first by tourist-class bus to Ollantaytambo, followed by a scenic train ride along the Urubamba River to the village of Aguas Calientes.

Upon arrival, a guide will meet you and assist with boarding the Consettur bus to Machu Picchu itself. Once inside the sanctuary, enjoy a private guided tour of the Inca citadel, where you'll see iconic landmarks like the Temple of the Sun, Intihuatana, Sacred Rock, Terraces, and more. You may also opt to pre-book hikes to Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu Mountain, or the Inca Bridge for an additional fee.

After the tour, enjoy lunch in Aguas Calientes, then board the return train and bus back to Cusco. You'll arrive at your hotel in the evening, completing a full day of wonder, history, and unforgettable views.
