Tour Overview

Get ready for a perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, and tradition on this Full Day Lunahuaná Tour from Lima, ideal for travelers looking for adventure with a cultural twist. Just a few hours south of the capital, Lunahuaná is a popular destination for whitewater sports, scenic landscapes, and local wine.

We begin the journey with a 6:00 AM departure from Lima,  followed by a quick breakfast stop. Around 9:00 AM, we arrive at Lunahuaná’s Main Square, where you'll get your first taste of this charming Andean town. Next, we visit the Colonial Church of Lunahuaná, a beautiful structure rich in history and heritage.

Afterward, we continue to the Incahuasi ruins, a pre-Incan site where you'll admire the remains from the outside and learn about the region’s ancestral roots. Then it's time to unleash your adventurous side on the Cañete River, where you can try canoeing, canopy ziplining, or simply take in the rugged mountain views from the riverbanks.

After your activities, we’ll enjoy a local lunch  before heading to a traditional winery, where you’ll learn about the local wine and pisco production process. Tasting included. Finally, we visit a bee farm for a short demo on beekeeping and local honey products before a scenic stop at the Catapalla Hanging Bridge, a great photo op to wrap up the day.

We return to Lima around 8:00 PM, full of memories and maybe a bottle or two of locally made pisco.
